National Day

got a msg from zai last monday. She asked whether we girls should meet up this thursday (National Day)

Straight away.. i replied with a NO.

Not that i dont want to meet her.. but i just do not want to miss watching the live National Day parade on the Tv.

Many People, in facts thousands went down to esplanade, marina.. and other places they can watch it from afar.

i have to admit.. this year, im such a patriotic sporean.

i wanted to see the whole show, from every corner.

that was why i chosed to stay at home and watch it on tv instead.

My family were busy talking bout our KL trip for tommorow.

guess wat was i doing?

i was singing to our national songs, i even sang out loud..

haha.. so much for being patriotic..

i searched online for the meaning of our singapore flag.

The Flag consists of two horizontal halves, red above white. Red symbolises universal brotherhood and equality of men; white, purity and virtue. In the upper left corner, a white crescent moon and five white stars form a circle. The crescent moon represents a young nation on the rise. The five stars stand for Singapore's ideals of democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality
